HTML Sites are very labor intensive since all code has to be written from scratch. These can range from a few hundred to thousands of dollars. While we still use some HTML sites, we are converting over to Content Management sites. Once these are set up, which costs more on the front end, are less expensive to update. No coding experience is required and updating text is only a matter of logging into the administration area, choosing the page to edit, making the changes, applying them and saving the page. Since this is done by the site owner there is no charge from us.
